What is the PHILinspect Townhome Inspection?

Our comprehensive Townhome Inspection assesses the key systems and structures in your home including interior and exterior components, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances. Our Townhome Inspection is non-invasive and helps identify key issues that pose health and safety hazards, especially in areas not covered by the HOA.

Step 1 

Exterior

When inspecting the exterior features of the home, we check that there are no ares of concern with the drainage of the property's immediate perimeter, roof, exterior walls, garage and more

Step 2 

Interior

Once we move inside the home, we'll check that there are no issues with the interior features of the home including all the walls, doors, and windows.

Step 3 

Major Systems

Then, we'll assess the home's major systems including the electrical, plumbing, air conditioning system as well as the major appliances.

Step 4 

Receive your Report

Receive a comprehensive inspection report within 72 hours that outline key findings and includes pictures for your record.

Step 5 

Follow up with your inspector

After the inspection is completed and the report is ready, feel free to call your home inspector to ask any questions and run through the report to ensure you have a through understanding of the home's condition.
